A great sunny week, filled with energising exercise, outdoor games and mentally stimulating activities like Pictionary - showing our residents talent in drawing! Plus Bingo of course.
Thai Chi and Card Crafts
Happy Birthday celebrations for the lovely Jean. Thai Chi exercise was followed by deep relaxation and meditation to completely zone out. The Craft Club have been Painting and designing new greeting cards, a game of boules, walks and lazing in the sun with friends. Another lovely spring day!
Celebrating the Queens 95th Birthday
A celebration of HRH the Queens 95th Birthday. Chef Jen had a fantastic spread for high tea. Dancing with scarves and ribbons, dressing up and photo shoot in costume and a quiz plus learning more fascinating facts about her majesty than you could possibly imagine.
Gardening Club
Everyone enjoyed the sunny weather and spending time in the sun. It has been a week full of sunshine, inside and out. Many enjoyed exploring and visiting in the gardens in spring bloom with some bird watching and and social connections along the way. Our garden club were very excited to see their healthy seedlings were ready to repot with some artistic staking!
