Singer and entertainer Terry Gleed’s Christmas show live on Zoom was a very festive and musical afternoon!!! Plenty of good Santa jokes. Meditation and exercise over the weekend was just what was needed! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful Joseph and his Technicolour Dreamcoat with Donny Osmond. Whats not to love?! Monday morning got started with walks in the fresh air and Yoga classes. A lovely time was spent watching Dickens ‘A Christmas Carol’ live stream.
Christmas Crafts
Stars, snowmen and interesting facts about Christmas brought quite a few chuckles. Another creative day with a big tree craft, dance movement with scarves to ‘Enigma’, favourite ball games and a Christmas quiz. Many wonderful gifts arriving and a lot festive activity behind the scenes! Carols by Candlelight in Shepperton
Carols by Candlelight today was a big success and everybody enjoyed themselves. Not an easy time but somehow music finds its way to touch the soul and bring joy to us all. Hope! Thanks to a wonderful team to in every department who made a difference and to all of you for your gifts, calls, cards and zooms. You lifted up every heart. Thank you Compliments to the chefs and the entire catering team for a delicious Christmas feast! Christmas was very social all day and many connected throughout the day with their loved ones, listened to The Queen’s speech and enjoyed a Christmas film and TV specials.
