To finish off Dementia Action Week at the home we had a sensory light afternoon which was thoroughly enjoyable and soothing. We love our weekly exercise class. In just a few weeks it’s noticeable how much we have all benefited from it.
Pints and Pies went down a treat! They may have been pork and apple pies and half pints though.
A cosy afternoon at The Bull Pub in Newmarket when it’s raining outside, all while watching the racing. Cheers
