We have been very lucky here at The Burlington to be able to stay in touch with loved ones via video calls and phone calls. However, nothing beats seeing people face to face!

Now that spring is in the air and restrictions are gradually easing, The Burlington residents are over the moon to be able to have their loved ones visit them in person. The nominated family member is able to visit their loved one in their room and we are able to accommodate visits in our visiting pod and garden areas (which need to be pre-booked to ensure safety).

We have enhanced infection control procedures in place at all times and ensure that there is suitable PPE available to provide our team, residents and families peace of mind that visiting is taking place in safe manner. Our professional and compassionate team work tirelessly to provide the very best level of care and companionship for our residents, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
