Yoga and Zumba
Yoga practice and deep meditation have been wonderfully demonstrated here. Comment from relative: "Thank you for all you do- you are all amazing!!" Putting practice and drawing this afternoon. Zumba class to Bee Gees! Walks in the garden and the all important hairdressing makes it a very bustling day!
Comedy Hour and Bingo
Laughter is a great tonic- comedy hour hit the spot today and Bingo had several happy winners! Ball balance and toning class! Great concentration all round, proud of everyone’s effort! Sunny Monday started with Qigong, practice, visualisation and meditations helping to keep ourselves in balance- mind, body and spirit. Dominoes, word hangman and language games were mind aerobic fun. Ball balance, target and doll therapy (very popular in our dementia care unit) and some great enjoyment comedy with Ken Dodd.
