Testimonials

“Spent the day at the care home for the first time today for my husband’s grandmother’s birthday and was blown away by the overall experience. It didn’t feel like a care home at all. His Grandma seemed so well looked after and as visitors, you are made to feel very welcome. The cleanliness was faultless and the staff seemed to enjoy being there. They were pleased to talk to all of the visiting family members whilst being very attentive to my husband’s grandmother’s needs.”
Elizabeth W, Relative of Resident

“Wonderful carers, feel very happy and contented, feel very relaxed and welcome. Food is outstanding, fresh and delicious. Completely genuine staff and the quality and standard of which I have never encountered. Totally incredible experience, feel very very lucky.”
Suzanne L, Granddaughter of Resident

“The moment you walk in you feel you’re in somewhere special. The atmosphere is so relaxed and the staff immediately make you feel welcome. It has been the perfect place to convalesce my mother after such a trauma.”
Joe O, Son of Resident

All the carers and staff are fantastic and very caring. They have made me feel very welcome.”

Mary O, Resident

Cheryl W, Daughter of Resident

“This care home is like a 5-star hotel, all management and staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Food is excellent and very friendly home. I'm going on holiday tomorrow, bet I don't get the treatment they get in the Burlington Shepperton.”
Denise J, Friend of Resident

“From the very first day when I dropped him, you were all so caring and sensitive.”
June, Elizabeth & Family, Family of Resident

“We will always remember the amazing staff, not just the carers, but the catering and entertainment staff too, you all went above and beyond whatever we expected. I hope you all realise what a massive impact you have had on all our lives. The patience, time and kindness you showed my Dad, we will hold in our hearts forever.”
June, Elizabeth & Family, Family of Resident

"Dad was thriving. We could see he was comfortable with you all and although it took a little while to settle, every time we visited, he was more like his old self. Seeing pictures of him in different hats, talking with other residents, flower arranging and talking with staff members, really brightened our days, especially when we were no longer allowed to visit due to the virus.  The phone calls and facetimes were invaluable, you showed sensitivity and kindness”
June, Elizabeth & Family, Family of Resident

"During Coronavirus, the home has continued to give us regular updates and information, and have done everything they can to maintain meaningful contact with our loved one - in sickness and in health. Thank you!”
N Dally, Son of Resident
