Connors House, located off Chaucer Rd in Canterbury, will be redeveloped to feature 78 well-appointed bedrooms across two storeys, aligning perfectly with Boutique Care Homes' commitment to providing exceptional care environments. Beyond bolstering the portfolio, this acquisition reflects their dedication to stimulating the local economy, as it will generate over 80 full-time job opportunities for the community.

Boutique Care Homes are actively working on planning submissions to ensure the new home meets their rigorous standards for design and functionality.
