Boutique Care Homes is delighted to announce Keymer Hall’s Show Suite is now open and welcoming reservations, giving families and future residents the chance to book a personal tour and be among the first to experience Burgess Hill’s newest care home.

During your visit, guests will enjoy a tour of the thoughtfully designed show suite, meet the Home Manager and Admissions Manager, and learn more about the exceptional care, lifestyle programme and welcoming community that will define life at Keymer Hall.

Opening its doors in December 2025, Keymer Hall is now welcoming reservations for its founding residents. Those who secure a place early will not only enjoy peace of mind but also become part of the very beginning of shaping the future of the home from the outset.

Keymer Hall combines exceptional care with a beautifully designed environment in the heart of Burgess Hill, West Sussex. Nestled on the edge of the South Downs National Park, the home offers a warm and tranquil session, while its prime location provides easy access to local amenities, strong transport links, and surrounding town including Haywards Heath, Sandrocks, Cuckfield, Hurstpierpoint, Hassocks and Brighton.

The Bistro is where our residents can stop for a chat, read the papers, and enjoy a tea or coffee. It’s also the perfect place for a bite to eat when you visit.

Ensuite Bedrooms

Residents’ bedrooms are beautifully decorated with quality furnishings. There’s storage for personal possessions and some ground floor rooms have a patio or terrace. We also know privacy is important, that’s why all our bedrooms are en-suite.

Hair & Beauty Salon

Our residents don’t need to go out to get their hair and beauty treatments. We have hairdressers, barbers, nail technicians and others who come to Keymer Hall regularly.

Hobby Room

Residents use the hobby room to take part in events and activities. We have cake decoration classes, arts and crafts days, board game sessions and plenty of other activities to keep our residents engaged and busy.

Landscaped Gardens

Chartwell House’s landscape gardens are the ideal place to take a stroll or sit outside and enjoy the views. We also use our outside space for BBQs and many of our residents belong to the gardening club.

Dad (age 91) has now been at Chartwell for four months. We looked at one other place, but Chartwell was off the scale in comparison in all respects. Being new and purpose-built, there is plenty of light and space in both the en-suite bedrooms and the multiple lounges, no steps to worry about, lovely gardens (Dad even has a private patio area), and everywhere is beautifully decorated. They offer so many activities, outings and events that residents are kept entertained and stimulated rather than just sitting in a circle watching TV, as seems to be the norm at many care homes. The staff are all lovely and as regular visitors you are welcomed at any time with drinks and homemade cakes and you can join in the many events. It really feels like an extended family home where grandchildren and even family pets can visit. I have no hesitation in recommending Chartwell to everyone. If you look around there first, I promise you won’t want your loved one to live anywhere else.
