Boutique Care Homes recently completed on the sale of a care home development site in the exquisite town of Maidenhead, Berkshire.

The site will soon be part of a forthcoming planning application for a state-of-the-art luxury care home. It will feature spacious, airy bedrooms with ensuite wet rooms, alongside top-of-the-range features, including a bistro, beauty salon, cinema lounge, hobby craft room, and lush, tree lined and tranquil gardens.  

The care home will also create over 70 job opportunities for local people, contributing to the positive economic growth of the area. It has excellent access to the town centre, local transport links and amenities, providing a range of sustainable transport options for future team members.
