Boutique Care Homes is thrilled to announce the acquisition of its fourth care home site in Kent, situated in the charming coastal town of Deal, Kent. This unconditional acquisition of the 3.5-acre plot, marks the 7th addition to Boutique Care Homes' portfolio in the last 12 months, underscoring their unwavering commitment to expanding their reach and delivering top-tier care services.

With plans currently in development, the forthcoming state-of-the-art care home in Deal is envisioned to feature, 78 en-suite bedrooms spread across three floors. The care home's design prioritises a connection with nature, with a beautiful natural woodland on the site, which Boutique Care Homes is dedicated to enhancing and preserving. This approach aligns with their mission to empower and support their residents, fostering a deep connection to the environment.
