A new standard of luxury care is soon to arrive in Broadstairs, Kent, as the team at Boutique Care Homes celebrate the launch of the marketing suite at Chartwell House Care Home.
Officially opened by The Mayor of Broadstairs & St. Peter’s, Councillor Roy Dexter and Mayoress Brenda Rogers at a special ribbon-cutting ceremony, Chartwell House will comprise of 78 bedrooms and will create over 100 new jobs in the town.
Boutique Care Homes is a family-run care provider with many years’ experience, dedicated to providing high quality residential, dementia and respite care.
Future residents at Chartwell House will enjoy spacious accommodation of 20 square metre bedrooms which all come with additional space of private en-suite rooms. The home will also feature an array of state-of-the-art facilities including a bistro café, a family celebrations room, and beautiful landscaped gardens.
Chartwell House will be an integral part of the community, providing dedicated and compassionate care for the older generation while keeping close connections with the local community groups and schools.

Newly appointed Home Manager Diane Collins, who brings a wealth of experience and knowledge within adult social care, was introduced at the launch and commented.

Boutique Care Homes made a donation to the Mayor’s chosen charity, the Pilgrim’s Hospice for the commendable work that they do.
