We Relaxed in the garden, listening to ‘The Drifters’in the sunshine watching games of Croquet and Boules games being played.

Qigong and Family Visits

The flow and feel of the Qigong class is really being felt and mastered.
Another beautiful day today in the garden for family visits with our residents, which everyone looks forward to.

Indoor Golf and Yoga

Lots of fun and action indoors and in the garden. Great competition between residents and staff and a lot of fun all round.
Sunny Saturday’s Dancercise and Yoga and Meditation classes! A lovely start to the weekend with plenty of exercise and fresh air

Origami and Pampering

Exotic peacock Origami paper craft was popular and as ever hairdressing and manicures!

The Burlington Cruises from Shepperton to Japan this week!

Kickstarting our Cruise to Japan we practiced Karate & Judo complete with vocals! Origami craft and Cherry blossoms all around us plus a traditional Japanese menu! Japanese martial art practice weaponry were fascinating. Our singing chef Kevin, not only planned a great Japanese menu, he also generously gave us an array of beautiful and interesting artefacts, objects and books for Japanese history. Ball Exercises and Arts & Crafts

Tuesday afternoon’s croquet on the lawn. Some great competition and camaraderie. Move to the beat and Ball Balance workout. Everyone is very motivated to keeping fit! A lovely balmy day for Boules. First time winner Betty beat 4 times winner Gwen.
The art and craft class produced some lovely Cherry blossoms ready for Wednesday’s theme day.
