On Wednesday 21st September, marked World Alzheimer's Day. Alison Hesketh, Dementia Ambassador visited The Burlington to deliver an informative session to friends and family of The Burlington, alongside cheese and wine. Ground floor Hampton care team - I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all your constant loving care for my mum. Her time with you was wonderful, and thank you to everyone who was there in her final moments - you guys are amazing'
