I am writing to inform you that Boutique Care Homes is pleased to confirm that we have submitted their Reserved Matters planning application for our new site in Wokingham, Berkshire.

The proposals have been sensitively designed following positive pre-application feedback from the Local Planning Authority and include 64 bedrooms including a mixture of ensuite bedrooms and suites.
The development will embrace a sustainable design and will achieve a BREEAM Very Good accreditation and achieve a 10% Biodiversity Net Gain. The BNG will be achieved through creation of an adjacent nature paddock that residents will be able to access and includes extensive tree planting, wildflower meadows and a SUDS pond that will act as a priority habitat for greater crested newts.
We’re very pleased how the design proposals have come together for this exciting project for Boutique Care Homes. The proposals have been well received by the Local Planning Authority and we look forward to working with them through to a conclusion of the Reserved Matters Planning process before the end of the year. We’re looking forward to seeing this design come to life and hope to have the works onto site early next year.
