Keymer Hall Invites You to Care Fee Forum at Burgess Hill Town FC
We’re excited to invite you to our special community event as we prepare to open our beautiful Keymer Hall in Burgess Hill in December 2025.
On Wednesday 15th October, we’ll be hosting a Care Fee Forum at Burgess Hill Town Football Club, welcoming local families to join us for an informative and friendly session all about understanding funding long-term care.
We know that thinking about the cost of care can sometimes feel overwhelming, so we’re delighted to be welcoming our guest Mark Barnett, Financial Adviser and Care Fee Planning Specialist from Providence Care, and a proud member of SOLLA (The Society of Later Life Advisers), who has 10 years of care fees expertise to share with us.
In this friendly and informative session, Mark will explore the different ways you can pay for care. Mark will also highlight what support might be available from the Local Authority and the NHS, before answering some of those big questions that are often on people’s minds, such as:
- What does new care fee legislation mean for the future?
- Will I need to sell my home to pay for care?
- Is there a way to cap how much I spend on care fees?
- How can I make sure I don’t run out of funds?
- Are there any estate planning or tax advantages I should know about?
The presentation will be followed by a Q&A, with Mark also available for more personal discussion for those who’d like a confidential meeting
