Ameet Kotecha Wins Executive Care Home Leader (Small to Medium) at the Social Care Leadership Awards 2025
Boutique Care Homes is delighted to announce that our Founder and Managing Director, Ameet Kotecha, has been named Executive Care Home Leader (Small to Medium) at the Social Care Leadership Awards 2025!
This prestigious award celebrates senior leaders who demonstrate outstanding strategic vision, compassion, and purpose in leading care teams across the United Kingdom. For all of us at Boutique Care Homes, Ameet’s win is a truly special moment that shines a light on the heart of our organisation and the brilliant people who bring our vision to life every single day.
Since founding Boutique Care Homes in 2018, Ameet has always believed that care should feel different: warmer, more personal, more like family. His vision was simple yet profound: to create care homes that are not just places to live, but places to belong.
Under his leadership, Boutique Care Homes has grown into a family of four exceptional homes – The Burlington, Brampton Manor, Chartwell House, and Keymer Hall. Each home reflects Ameet’s deeply held values: compassion, respect, and the belief that every resident deserves to feel safe, valued, and truly at home.
Ameet’s leadership style is grounded in connection. He leads with kindness and clarity, empowering his teams to bring their authentic selves to work and encouraging innovation that always begins with one simple question: “What will make life better for our residents?”
Building on this strong foundation, Boutique Care Homes is now preparing to welcome even more residents with four new homes in development across Hythe, Deal, Wokingham, and Maidenhead, Ameet’s vision remains clear: to redefine what exceptional care looks and feels like. Each of these upcoming homes will bring our signature warmth, personal touch, and community-led ethos across the South-East England region, continuing Ameet’s vision of care that feels personal, empowering, and deeply connected.
Reflecting on his award, Ameet shared: “I am thrilled and honoured to have won the Social Care Leadership Award for the category of Executive Care Home Leader. This award is a testament to the tireless efforts of our team and their unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional care. A heartfelt thank you to my team, whom I am so grateful to be working with as they are truly passionate and dedicated in everything they do. Also, thank you to our Partners and the Awards Committee for this incredible recognition. This milestone fuels our passion to continue driving positive change and innovation in Social Care. Thank you to everyone who has supposed me on this journey!”
Everyone across Boutique Care Homes joins in congratulating Ameet on this remarkable achievement. His leadership continues to inspire us all, reminding us that when care is led with heart, guided by values, and delivered with genuine connection, it becomes something truly exceptional. Congratulations, Ameet! A well-deserved recognition of care so good, it’s unexpected.
