Boutique Care Homes is proud to announce it has been named ‘Care Home Group (Small)’ Winner at the National Care Awards 2025, one of the UK’s most prestigious accolades celebrating excellence in social care.

The award recognises Boutique Care Homes’ unwavering commitment to delivering personalised, life-enriching care and creating communities where residents, loved ones, and team members feel truly at home.

This latest win follows a landmark victory in 2023 and finalist recognition in both 2024 and 2025, marking the third consecutive year of national recognition for the family-run care group.

Boutique Care Homes currently operates three award-winning care homes across the Southeast — The Burlington in Shepperton, Brampton Manor in Newmarket, and Chartwell House in Broadstairs. With Keymer Hall in Burgess Hill and Martello Manor in Hythe set to open in 2025 and 2026 respectively. Each home has been thoughtfully designed to reflect its local community, embodying the group’s ethos of creating “a warm and loving family where everyone feels at home.”

“A reflection of heartfelt care and connection”

Founder and Managing Director Ameet Kotecha expressed his pride in the team’s achievement: “To win this award once again is deeply humbling. It’s a true reflection of the passion and dedication of our teams across every Boutique home, who deliver care so good, it’s unexpected. At Boutique Care Homes, we believe exceptional care is built on genuine connection, and this recognition is a celebration of the people who bring that belief to life every day.”

Operations Director Martin Murphy added: “This award highlights the consistency, compassion, and professionalism shown by our teams across all our homes. We’re incredibly proud of the environments we’ve created, where residents live with dignity, joy, and purpose. To receive national recognition is a powerful endorsement of our team’s dedication to getting care right, every time.”

Leading with Innovation and Heart

Boutique Care Homes continues to lead the sector with its innovative approach to care, including a pioneering Life Enrichment Programme, digital onboarding systems, exceptional team retention, and near-zero agency use, all underpinned by its focus on quality, trust, and genuine human connection.

The group’s consistent national recognition underscores its growing reputation as a leading provider of boutique, lifestyle-led care in the UK where small truly is strong.

As we look ahead to welcoming new residents and teams into our upcoming homes, this award is a beautiful reminder of what makes Boutique Care Homes so special; genuine connection, community spirit, and a belief that care is more than a service, it’s a feeling.
