A Festive Winter Bazaar at Keymer Hall
Keymer Hall is holding a Winter Bazaar on Saturday 21st November, and the whole Burgess Hill community is invited. Neighbours, local families and the relatives of residents are all welcome to spend the afternoon at the home on Kings Way, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
For many people in Burgess Hill, Keymer Hall is a building they pass without ever stepping inside. The fair is a friendly reason to change that, and to see the home in a festive mood.
What’s on at the Winter Bazaar
Stalls to browse
Christmas stalls give visitors something to wander through, and there is a cake stall for anyone who likes a sweet treat with their afternoon. The residents’ stall is a chance to see what the people who live at Keymer Hall have to offer.
Crafts for the children
Younger visitors are well looked after too. There are crafts for the children, so families can bring the little ones along and let them get creative while the grown-ups browse.
A hot chocolate to warm you up
Late November calls for a hot chocolate, and there is a stall for exactly that. Take a cup, find a friendly face and stay for a chat.
A warm welcome for the neighbourhood
For Christine Bunce, Home Manager at Keymer Hall, the afternoon is simply about saying hello. “We would love our neighbours to come through the door, have a hot chocolate and see what Keymer Hall feels like at Christmas. The whole team is looking forward to meeting you.”
Residents’ families are just as welcome, and the fair is a relaxed way for families, neighbours and the Keymer Hall team to spend time together under one roof.
