Boutique Care Homes Scoops Three Lottie Awards 2026

Boutique Care Homes wins three Lottie Awards 2026, including UK Top 10 Small Care Provider. Brampton Manor named a Top 100 Care Home and Care Expert Choice Top 10.

Boutique Care Homes has been recognised with three awards at the Lottie Awards 2026, one of the care sector’s most rigorous independently assessed accolades.

The group has been named one of the UK’s Top 10 Small Care Home Providers for the second year running, while its Newmarket care home, Brampton Manor, has earned two individual honours: a place in the UK’s Top 100 Care Homes and a Top 10 Care Expert Choice designation, one of the award’s most selective categories.

The Lottie Awards, now in their second year, assess care homes listed across England, Scotland and Wales. Winners are selected through a data-led review across seven weighted categories: regulatory ratings, enquiry handling, listing media and assets, facilities, activities, listing freshness, and Google reviews. Lottie combines its own platform data with trusted external sources, including official regulatory ratings, to produce results that are fair and genuinely reflective of outstanding care.

Ameet Kotecha, Founder and Managing Director of Boutique Care Homes, said: “When we started Boutique Care Homes, the vision was simple: build homes we would be proud to place our own families in. Every decision since then has come back to that. Being recognised as one of the UK’s Top 10 Small Care Providers tells us we’re living up to that, and it’s a tribute to every single person across our homes who shows up and gives their best every day.”

Being recognised across both a group-level award and two home-specific categories reflects the consistency Boutique Care Homes works hard to deliver. The group operates on a small-is-strength philosophy, deliberately keeping each home intimate enough to feel like a family rather than an institution.

Martin Murphy, Director of Operations at Boutique Care Homes, added: “Awards like this don’t happen by accident. They’re the result of teams who care deeply about getting the details right, every shift, every day. To see that recognised externally, through a process that looks at everything from our regulatory ratings to how we handle an enquiry, is genuinely gratifying. It validates the standards we hold ourselves to when no one is watching.”

Brampton Manor exemplifies that approach. The home offers residential and specialised dementia care through Boutique Care Homes’ Nostalgia Care programme, alongside a full Life Enrichment Programme built around six principles: Contribute, Grow, Reflect, Feel, Move, and Connect. Residents enjoy purpose-built facilities including a bistro, piano bar, cinema room, hair and beauty salon, and landscaped gardens, with fresh, seasonal dining curated by chefs working alongside local suppliers.

The Care Expert Choice category within the Lottie Awards specifically highlights homes that Lottie’s care advisors would confidently recommend to families. Being named in the Top 10 places Brampton Manor among a very small group of homes that score exceptionally across every dimension that matters most to families facing one of the most significant decisions of their lives.

Will Donnelly, Co-Founder and CEO at Lottie, said: “The Lottie Awards are all about celebrating the incredible people and partners who make care truly special. Boutique Care Homes is a shining example of what great care looks like, and we’re so proud to work alongside them in helping families across the country find the very best care for their loved ones.”
