Lego Holiday Club Returns To Brampton Manor
Brampton Manor is opening its doors to local families this October half-term with a Lego Holiday Club on Thursday 29th October.
A Lego afternoon for the whole family
The Family Lego Club returns to Brampton Manor, following the earlier Lego Club the home held on 27 August. This time it runs in collaboration with EPIC Dad, and the plan is a fantastic mix of fun and creativity. Bring the children, pull up a seat and see what gets built. It runs from 14:00 to 16:00, so there is plenty of time to start something, change your mind and start again.
Why a care home, and why Lego?
Brampton Manor is a home-like, family-run care home in Newmarket, and the people who live there are part of its day to day life. Events like this one help the home feel like part of the neighbourhood, a place where local families are welcome rather than somewhere they only visit when they have to. A playful, creative afternoon fills the house with a different kind of energy, and the school holidays are a natural moment for it.
Akhi Goswami, Home Manager at Brampton Manor, says the idea is simple. “We love opening the doors to local families at any time and especially in the school holidays. Building something together is a wonderful way to spend an afternoon, and an afternoon like that brings real laughter and a bit of lovely noise into the home. It’s a pleasure to see the house full of people having fun.”
