Boutique Care Homes Named Finalist for Care Home Group of the Year at National Care Awards – Third Year Running
Boutique Care Homes is proud to announce it has once again been shortlisted as a finalist for the National Care Awards in the Care Home Group (Small) category, marking the third consecutive year of recognition for its unwavering commitment to excellence in care.
This latest nomination follows a landmark achievement in 2023, when Boutique Care Homes was named the winner in the same category. Being shortlisted a further time in 2024 and again 2025 is a testament to the group’s dedication to delivering personalised, life-enriching care and building communities where residents, loved ones, and the team feel truly at home.
Boutique Care Homes currently comprises three award-winning homes across the South East: The Burlington in Shepperton, Brampton Manor in Newmarket, and Chartwell House in Broadstairs. With Keymer Hall, Burgess Hill and Martello Manor set to open in 2025 and 2026 respectively. Each home embodies the group’s ethos of creating “a warm and loving family where everyone feels at home,” while reflecting the character of its local community.
Founder and Managing Director Ameet Kotecha shared his pride in the team’s continued recognition; “To be shortlisted for the third year running, and following our win in 2023, is both humbling and inspiring. This recognition reflects the deep commitment of every member of our team, who deliver care so good, it’s unexpected. We believe that exceptional care is built on genuine connection, and this nomination is a celebration of the people who bring that belief to life every day.”
Operations Director Martin Murphy echoed this sentiment; “This achievement is a reflection of the consistency, compassion and professionalism across our homes. We are incredibly proud of the environments we’ve created, where residents live with dignity, joy, and purpose. To receive national recognition year after year is a powerful endorsement of our team’s dedication to getting care right, every time.”
Boutique Care Homes continues to lead with innovation and heart. From its pioneering Life Enrichment Programme and digital onboarding platforms, to outstanding team retention and near-zero agency use, the group exemplifies a care model built on quality, trust and genuine human connection.
