The awards, hosted by Big Ian Donaghy, took place on 24th January 2025 at The Liner in Liverpool. Organised by the National Activity Providers Association (NAPA), the event celebrates excellence in promoting wellbeing and creativity across care services in the UK. Chartwell House’s recognition highlights the incredible impact of its innovative Life Enrichment Programme, which delivers a personalised approach to activity, ensuring residents enjoy meaningful, fulfilling experiences every day.
