Halloween is coming to Shepperton, and The Burlington is throwing open its doors for Spook Fest, a free party built for residents, their families and friends. On Friday 30th October 2026, from 2:00pm to 3:30pm, the home’s usual calm will give way to two hours of music, games and themed treats, all in the spirit of a good, old-fashioned Halloween bash.
It’s the kind of event The Burlington does best: an excuse to get generations under one roof, having fun together rather than just visiting. Spook Fest follows in the footsteps of the home’s Macmillan Coffee Morning and Wear It Pink days, part of a packed events calendar that treats socialising as seriously as care itself.
DJ Sarah, Games, and Plenty of Themed Treats
The party has a soundtrack. DJ Sarah will be spinning the tunes throughout the afternoon, keeping the energy up as residents, children, grandchildren and friends mix and mingle. Games are planned for all ages, so nobody is left standing on the sidelines, whether that’s a great-grandchild in a witch’s hat or a resident who fancies a go himself.
And what’s a Halloween party without the food? Expect plenty of themed, delicious food and drink to go round, the sort of spread that turns an afternoon visit into an occasion worth dressing up for.
